- वाळलेले बारीक खोबरे कोरडे च तांबुस होईपर्यंत भाजा.
- केळ्यांचे तुमच्या आवडीनुसार काप करा. त्या कापांना लिंबाचा रस चांगला लावा म्हणजे केळी काळी पडणार नाहीत.
- त्या कापांमधे दही, खोबरे आणि बदाम टाकून चांगले एकत्र करा. झाला तुमचा रायता तयार.
- तुम्ही हा रायता गार करून किंवा तसाच खाऊ शकता. तुम्हाला पाहिजे असेल तर तुम्ही त्यात थोडी साखर घालू शकता.
- हा रायता तुम्ही साइड डिश म्हणून किंवा स्नॅक म्हणून तसेच खाऊ शकता.

पालतू जानवर और धूपकाला

नमस्ते मेरे प्रिय वाचको ! नामसे ही आपको पता चला होंगा की ये लेख पालतू जानवारोपर है। मै कुछ टिप्स आपके साथ शेयर कर रही हु। अगर आपका कोई पालतू जानवर नहीं है तो कोई बात नहीं फिर भी अंत तक पढ़िए और आपके उन मित्रोंके साथ इसे शेयर जरूर कीजिये जिनके पास उनका प्यारा पालतू प्राणी है।

• कुत्ते को पसीना उसके पंजो से ही आता है। कई प्राणी खासकर कुत्ते हाफकर अपने आप को शीतल रखते है। बढ़ता तापमान उष्मागत तनाव तथा शारीरिक चोट का कारण बन सकता है। कई बार जानवर के दिमाग को चोट लगने से या तनाव से उनकी मृत्यु हो सकती है। इसीलिए अपने प्यारे पालतू जानवर को आप आपके साथ छाव की जगह पर रखे। कई घरोमे पेट हाउस रहता है पर उसकी जगह आपको घनी छाव में रखनी पड़ेगी। ताकी धुप की वजह से होने वाले तनाव से वो दूर रह सके। अगर आपके  हाउस की जगह नहीं  आपके पेट को घर में ही जगह दे। 
• आप अगर आपकी कार में आपके पेट बाहर ले जा रहे हो तो उन्हें पार्क की हुई कार में न छोड़े। क्युकी बंद कार का तापमान तेजीसे बढ़ सकता है जिससे कार में बैठा आपका प्यारा पालतू जानवर उष्माघात का शिकार होकर मर सकता है। इसीलिए गर्मी के दिनोमे आपके प्यारे को कार में रख कर थोड़ी देर के लिए भी न जाये उसे अपने साथ ले जाये। 
• आपके घर के आसपास या आपके घर में मिटटी के बर्तन में पानी भर कर रखे। इससे पानी ठंडा रहेगा। आपके घर  रहने वाले पालतू प्राणी के लिए एक मिटटी का बर्तन रहना जरुरी है। कमसे कम मिटटी का एक बर्तन हर एक परिवार ने अपने घर के आसपास अपने मोहल्ले में रखना चाहिए क्यों की ये किसीभी जानवर को पिने का ठंडा पानी दे सकता है। जिससे भरी धुप में उनकी प्यास बुझ सकती है और उनका बढ़ती गर्मीसे बचाव सकता है। घर की छत या बालकनी में भी ऐसा एक छोटा बर्तन पंछीयोंके लिए रखें। 
• अगर आपके पास बैल, घोड़े, गधे जैसे मेहनती जानवर है तो दोपहर के समय उन्हें आराम करने देना चाहिए और उनपर पानी छिड़कते रहना चाहिए ताकि उनका शारीरिक तापमान कम होता रहे। 
• मेहनती जानवरो को दिन में कमसे कम एक फल अवश्य खिलाये इससे उनके शरीर का शुगर लेवल बना रहेगा। 

ये थे कुछ टिप्स जो की सिर्फ कुत्ते या बिल्ली पालनेवालोंके लिए ही नहीं बल्कि खेती करने वाले के भी कामके है। इसीलिए इसे ज्यादासे ज्यादा शेयर करे क्यों की किसीका मेहनती जानवर उसकी रोजी रोटी का जरिया हो सकता है। अपने पास नहीं है पर हम सबके लिए काम करने वाले किसान के पास तो  जानवर है। उसकी मदत के लिए ये उसे बताये। अगर आप कुछ ऐसा करते हो जिससे किसीभी प्राणी की प्राणी की जान बच सकती है तो उसे अवश्य कमेंट करे ताकि बाकि वाचको के लिए मदत हो सके। मेरे अन्य लेख आप पढ़ सकते है।

Office meetings

Meetings are necessary for proper functioning of any organisation. Meeting is where communications are made; agendas are discussed; ideas are exchanged and strategies are planned.
Meeting is where you seek attention and leave an impression. It's where you have hours of discussion before agreeing upon the decision that has already been taken. Father it's a platform where you can put your soft skills on full display and a place where you can go someone to death and still get applauded.

Conducting a meeting is not difficult; what is tough is to make it fruitful.
Staff meetings are vital for problem solving. Eating shows employees are following standard operating procedure. It helps managers to keep their figure on the pulse of the office which again is absolutely important. 
If you are calling meetings frequently then you are exposing your poor management skills to the staff. As for the meetings the staff has to abort working.
Lots of variables that influence in a meeting when it isn't planned properly and the ultimate outcome is unwanted time consumption and meeting lasting for prolonged duration.
Due to zero productivity you have to face hatred and you will lose all the respect because no single person is pleased when his or her time is taken up needlessly.
You have to be in right frame of mind to attend a meeting. Otherwise it will only reason in annoyance. Meetings called at short notice the preview of opportunity to Psych yourself up for what follows. Most of the unschedule meetings take place after hours does proving more nuisance than anything else.
A meeting without agenda is also fruitless. It has no form, no meaning. All conductors of such kind of agenda listening meeting mess around pointlessly while attendees keep chit chatting. Objective is one of the most be tested things about the meeting.
Its never a good feeling when you realize the meeting could have well been conducted in your absence. It is hard to stand for such kind of things. 
Always remember that there is solution or remedy for everything except death. You cannot dispense with meetings. So you have to find out solution for fruitful meetings.
Always try to avoid the above-mentioned practices and make everyone to believe that meetings are not at all a waste of time or energy.
Whatever may be the agenda of your meeting or whatever may be the serious situation to be discussed introduce some humour which will relax all the attendees. 
You can start with some funny joke or incident. This will breaths new life into participants. 
Take the follow up of previous meeting customarily.
Never call a meeting for informational a directional purposes that means agenda of the meeting should be of discussing on something very important. You can collect information individually from your staff or direct them in the same way.
Do not repeat the things which you have already conveyed or discussed previously.
Involve all the attendants so that they will remain attentive.
Keep your speech and presentation short and to the point.
Always have a line of agenda while speaking so that the meeting doesn't lose its course.
Prevent all the interruptions so that you will get less disturbances during the meeting and no one will get frustrated.
To avoid disturbances you must avoid taking phone calls and visitors during the meeting period. Lesser the disturbances more will be the time saved and fruitful will be the meeting.
If you are calling a meeting and at the last minute you cancel it should be avoided. Avoid cancellation of the meeting.
Also after they gather do not wait your staff.
Keep informed all the members in advance and before inviting consider all the things carefully.
If your meeting last for an hour or so you have to feed all the attendants with healthy snacks.
Conclude your meeting with and attitude having some positive results in your hand. This practice will encourage all the attendants.
You need not satisfy everyone but you should be satisfied with a fruitful output in your meeting.

Eco-friendly places

Designing our places more eco-friendly is first step towards understanding nature around us. We humans powerfully manipulate the environment. Though human beings invented many scientific products we are unable to live outside the natural world of sun, sky, water, air, earth.

Increasing awareness of ecology is one step towards saving the environment. Also we can change our war weapons into tools of peace and our habits of destruction into conservation.

In this nature soil, water, air and sky still interact with sun for existence of life. Earth will always be full of life though humans get destroyed. Human can't destroy this planet because it always interacts with other parts of the nature.

Nature's life forces such as high winds, floods, eruption, earth quakes, avalanches, tsunamis, etc. are immensely powerful that humans can't control over them. Life is more powerful near water.

Though we are in the era of high speed internet and remote n robot technology we can feel the changes in nature. We feel that warm sunny June day is more pleasant than short rainy day. We still cheer up when spring arrives. We still want to travel at the places which are full of nature.

This feeling of relaxation in presence of nature is the wake up alarm to all humans that be alert and positively interact with nature so that we live longer with this powerful nature.

"Dad everyone is looking for happiness. But what is meat by happiness? This was one of the questions A wise boy in India Sveta ketu, put to his Father many century ago.

One of the science of happiness, son is that a person who  has it becomes active. A person who does not find happiness  does not feel being active. His mind is cramped, his will is weak. What is wast and infinite brings happiness. I can tell you that infinite alone is happiness but you must desire to understand this infinete  my son.

The bed of pavement

An evening in a metropolitan city
sky-scrapers garlanded by lights;
pomp and show everywhere.
People are busy, chasing their dreams
ready to buy happiness, through their riches.
Neon-lights keep blinking like the fireflies;
the night barely sleeps.
From the ocean offlashing lights emerge
three pairs of lifeless eyes
belonging to silhouettes
clad in rags, lying on the pavement , under the boundless skies.

Frail faces with expressionless eyes
looked gloomier in darkness;
bigger pairs of eyes looked morose
while the smallest appeared to be
almost lifeless;
only the slightest movement
in those little limbs
made it possible to infer
“It actually was a toddler”
Vivid skies were conspicuously visible
yet, neither was El-Dorado in dreams
Nor was there a future
in those tired sets of eyes

Math - why it is killer?

Which is most tough subject? A general question with one word - Mathematics.

In fact math is mother of all subjects. If math is full of imagination, logic, creativity, reasoning and joy of problem solving, then why it is so complex and too difficult?

The essence of mathematics is lacking in math classes.

Today's teaching process is not able to create locus of interest in students.

Somewhere teaching and learning became mechanical without understanding the basic principals and concepts.

No technology and infrastructure can replace a best math teacher who can connect the topic with interesting methods of teaching.

Most important thing for math is 'how' to solve a problem.

Great teachers help the students to set big goals and the skills they need to accomplish their goals.

Reasoning, patience, perseverance, logic and imagination are very much required in math. 

If methods adopted in the classroom are not interesting then the child is definitely going to suffer.

Teacher plays an important role in all subjects.

When a teacher doesn't enjoy the subject, students are almost not going to enjoy it.

Teacher should be able to relate all the things with day to day life.

Most of the times the formulas are memorized and numbers are plugged in without understanding the why factor.

Thus boring methodology of teaching maths made the maths too difficult and killer one.

Some people think that this life is to live simply until the death comes. That means wait for the death and have tensions which are useless.

It is hope. Hope in humanity, goodness and justice. You should have hope that Humanity is alive and Healthy. There is ample quantity of Goodness in the world around you. There is always justice with everyone because this Mother Nature is Judge.

Why are we here? It is to experience the beauty of this universe, freedom of being happy, justice of the nature, oneness with the divine power driving the universe.

This life is to experience from an infinite number of perspectives, expand consciousness, enlighten others and keep the universe within you like a pearl in the oyster. When you try to expand your conscious the humanity you enlighten and you will find that there is great happiness in making others to smile. As you start to make others to smile you feel like you are the oyster that keeps this beautiful pearl named universe.

This life is to understand the glory of big bang. Live this life to experience the glory of being good human.

Always remember that the essence of life is happiness. True happiness is possible only when you are confident that you realize that you have achieved something by your own efforts. Expanding consciousness and making others to smile are very simple efforts which give you much more than everything.

Again the essence of life is “eudaimonia” that happiness and human flourishing together with fulfillment. A person who experience happiness of fulfillment would normally behave with the qualities of integrity, honor, courage, honesty, humility, self-sacrifice, charity, rationality, justice fairness and love. These are the well known qualities of humanity. Such qualities in one person with fulfillment of happiness causes the others to experience the happiness by behaving like this. And thus the happiness and humanity flow with each other.

Our life is always inseparably intertwined with spirituality and renunciation and such a life is the embodiment of truth. These elements constitute the essence of life.

Essence of life is contextual; when you get out of the context beyond your geographical limits, religious teachings and socio cultural moorings, it changes. Hence you are the person to choose and validate its meaning. Truth is the final criterion; hold it tightly in all situations.

Our intelligence is not infinite, but it tries to hold infinite. In many situations, we do not know everything about ourselves, the society and the wider world. We know very little about the universe and its innumerable dimensions. So we are unable to make final judgments on very many things as we are fallible. So do not try to make judgments on the things around us leave it on the nature. Just keep going on your way of becoming happy.

Self-discipline and accepting our limits lead towards happiness in any relation. But it does not mean that we should not explore the enormous opportunities before us. But comparing one person with another is fruitless because their contexts are different. So for happiness just accept the persons around us as they are, don’t try to compare them with anybody or any imagined standard.
