सकारात्मक रहिये

कई दशकों पहले टीबी जानलेवा बीमारी थी । जिसको टीबी हुई उसका मरना तय था कोई छह महीनें में मर जाता तो कोई 12 महीनें में मरना तय था । 1949 में टीबी की दवाई खोजी गयी लेकिन दुनिया के हर आम आदमी तक इस दवाई को पहुँचने में लगभग तीस साल लगे । पचास , साठ और सत्तर के दशक तक भारत में भी किसी को टीबी हो जाना मतलब मृत्यु का आगमन ही था । टीबी कन्फर्म की रिपोर्ट आते ही मरीज आधा तो डर से ही मर जाता था ।

टीबी की इसी दहशत के माहौल में साठ के दशक की एक घटना है ।

फ्राँस के टीबी हॉस्पिटल की । हॉस्पिटल में चालीस रूम थे । वहाँ टीबी के जितने मरीज भर्ती होते थे उनमें से से तीस प्रतिशत मरीज ही ठीक होकर घर जा पाते थे बाकि सत्तर प्रतिशत मरीज उन्ही दवाईयों को खाने के बाद भी नही बच पाते थे । डाक्टरों के लिये भी ये मृत्यु का ये प्रतिशत एक चुनौती बन गया था । किसी को समझ नही आ रहा था कि वही दवाइयाँ देने पर कुछ लोग बिल्कुल ठीक हो जाते है और बाकि नही बच पाते ।

एक बार जब इसी विषय पर एक गंभीर मीटिंग हुई तब एक नर्स ने बोला क्या आप सबने एक बात नोट की है ? पीछे की तरफ जो बारह कमरे बने है उन कमरों में आजतक कोई मौत नही हुई वहाँ जितने भी मरीज आये सभी ठीक होकर घर गये !

नर्स की बात से सारा मैनेजमेंट सहमत था आखिर ऐसा क्यूँ होता है ये ??

जानने के लिये एक मनोचिकित्सक को बुलाया गया । पूरे हॉस्पिटल का अच्छे से मुआयना करके मनोचिकित्सक ने बताया 'टीबी की बीमारी छूत की बीमारी है इसलिये आप मरीज को रूम में अकेला ही रखते है । दिन में एक बार डाक्टर और तीन-चार बार नर्स जाती है बाकि पूरे समय मरीज अकेला रहता है ।

टीबी से कमजोर हो चुका मरीज पूरे दिन अपने बिस्तर पर पड़ा खिड़की से बाहर देखता रहता है । आगे की तरफ जो 28 कमरे बने है , उनकी खिड़की से बाहर देखने पर खाली मैदान , दो चार बिल्डिंग और दूर तक आसमान नजर आता है मौत की आहट से डरे हुए मरीज को खिड़की के बाहर का ये सूनापन और डिप्रेस कर देता है जिससे उसकी खुद को जिंदा रखने की विल पावर खत्म हो जाती है फिर उसपर दवाइयाँ भी काम नही करती और उसकी मौत हो जाती है

जबकि पीछे की तरफ जो 12 कमरे बने है उनके बाहर की और बड़ा बगीचा बना हुआ है जहाँ सैकड़ो पेड़ और फूलों के पौधें लगे हुए है । पेड़ो की पत्तियों का झड़ना फिर नयी पत्तियाँ आना उनका लहराना तरह तरह के फूल खिलना ये सब खिड़की से बाहर देखने वाले मरीजों में सकारात्मकता लाते है इससे उनकी सोच भी पॉजिटिव हो जाती है इन पेड़ पौधों को देखकर वो खुश रहते है मुस्कुराते है उन्हें हर पल अपनी संभावित मृत्यु का ख्याल नही आता इसलिये उन मरीजों पर यही दवाइयाँ बहुत अच्छा असर करती है और वो ठीक हो जाते है ।

पॉजिटिव एनर्जी और पॉजिटिव सोच व्यक्ति को विपरीत परिस्थितियों में भी जिंदा रख सकती है ।

देश कोरोना से तो लड़ ही रहा है साथ ही जरूरत है इस लंबी लड़ाई में अपनी सोच को सकारात्मक रखने की ताकि हमारी 'विल पावर' हमेशा हाई रहे ताली बजाकर आभार जताना हो या दिये जलाकर खुद को देश के साथ खड़ा दिखाने की कवायद हो ये आपकी सकारात्मक ऊर्जा को बढ़ाने की कोशिश ही है

नेगेटिव लोग तो वैसे भी खुद के और समाज के दुश्मन होते ही है।
