Strategic Alliances- 

For any achievement gone need the right person on your team. 

Sugriv was very keen on this. Very first Sugriva was willing to get back his kingdom from his brother Bali. When he came to know about Ram he sent Hanuman to crack a deal- Ram will kill Bali and give Sugriva back his kingdom and then Sugriva will help Ram to get back kidnapped Sita. 

Again after the Bali-Ram incident when Sugriva became king he welcomed Angad Bali's son with an open heart and warmth of elderliness back into his army again. As Sugriva was knowing the potential of every character around him. He identified eight persons for the right job and this is what the fruitful strategic alliance persona of Sugriva teaches us the importance of relationships. 

A manager capable of developing good relationships can do wonders for the organisation. If you want to grow your business then you have to learn these skills for identifying the right person, making good relations, and appointing the right man for the right task.

नारायण मिल जाये

 

एक सब्ज़ी वाला था सब्ज़ी की पूरी दुकान साइकल पर लगा कर घूमता रहता था ।"भगवान" उसका तकिया कलाम था । कोई पूछता आलू कैसे दिये, 10 रुपये भगवान, हरी धनीया है  क्या ? बिलकुल ताज़ा है भगवान। वह सबको भगवान कहता था । लोग भी उसको भगवान कहकर पुकारने लगे।
मैने उससे पूछा तुम्हारा कोई असली नाम है भी या नहीं?
है न ,भगवान भैयालाल पटेल।
मैंने कहा तुम हर किसी को भगवान क्यों बोलते हो।
भगवान में शुरू से अनपढ़ गँवार हूँ। गॉव में मज़दूरी करता था,  गाँव में एक नामी सन्त की कथा हुईं  कथा मेरे पल्ले नहीं पड़ी लेकिन एक लाइन मेरे दिमाग़ में आकर फँस गई , उन्होंने कहा हर इन्सान में भगवान हैं -तलाशने की कोशिश तो करो पता नहीं किस इन्सान में मिल जाय ओर तुम्हारा उद्धार कर जाये, बस उस दिन से मैने हर मिलने वाले को भगवान की नज़र से देखना ओर पुकारना शुरू कर दिया  वाकई चमत्त्कार हो गया दुनिया के लिए शैतान आदमी भी मेरे लिये भगवान हो गया  ऐसे दिन फिरें कि मज़दूर से व्यापारी हो गया सुख समृद्धि के सारे साधन जुड़ते गये मेरे लिये तो सारी दुनिया ही भगवान बन गईं।

जीवन एक प्रतिध्वनि है आप जिस लहजे में आवाज़ देंगे पलटकर आपको उसी लहजे में सुनाईं देंगीं। न जाने किस रूप में नारायण मिल जाये

Lizard

 

While renovating his house a man found there was a lizard stuck between the wooden wall space because of a nail from outside hammered into one of its feet. He saw this, felt pity, and at the same time curious, as when he checked the nail, it was nailed about 10 years ago when the house was first built. What happened? He wondered, How did the lizard survive without moving any step for 10 years. So he stopped his work and observed the lizard, what it has been doing, and what he was drinking and eating for 10 years. Later not knowing, later not knowing where the lizard came from, then there appeared another lizard, with food touched food in its mouth, Ahh, he was stunned that another lizard was feeding the lizard for the next 10 years. Such help! Such happened with these tiny two creatures.  

Ramayana and Management

 

Team motivation- 

Team motivation is the necessity for goal achievement for any team. Ram had motivated his team of monkeys i.e. vanarsena. Ram, Lakshman, and Jamvant, never let the vanarsena think that, monkeys are inferior to human beings. This team motivation changed the entire story right from building setu to Lanka. And to get victory in the war. 

The whole team motivates an individual- 

This is the main thing which must be done in any way in each team, group or even in the family. You have to motivate your depressed members to get the goal achieved. When hanuman was set to search Sita Mata towards the South, at the seashore nearest to Lanka other members of his team like Jamvant motivated Hanuman that he can reach Lanka without any failure and how Hanuman is full of possibilities.

Swot analysis- For any achievement you want in your life, business, job, or career, an in-depth study is a must. When Hanuman visited Lanka first time he studied the place, people, cabinet, and Ravan and even identified the strengths and weaknesses. Hanuman was the first who witnessed and kindness of Vibhishana. Today's management personnel and even decisions makers have to be critical thinkers and they need to prepare mentally to attend to the goals.

Concern and Environment

Concern and Environment- 

The stories of Indian History are full of environmental concern. Even in Ramayana, there is always a concern for the environment in every incident. 

The incident of construction of Ram Setu has its own significance. Ram with his vanarsena reached the southmost end of the land which is having seashore. It was an important question of how to march over the sea with the huge monkey army. 

Ram prayed and worshipped Samudradev- God of oceans to grant passage for his army. Samudradev appeared and explained that he is bound by the law of nature and showed the shallow area where the cause can be built. Lord Ram accepted and constructed the Ram Setu. 

The act of Ram was full of concern for all the living beings who lived in the sea. And the way the balance between goal and environment was in front of him. 

There is another incident of Lanka Dahan by Hanuman. As we see it was a huge fire but Hanuman only set fire to the buildings, without harming the living beings of Lanka. In Lanka Dahan, only nonliving things turned into ashes. Lanka Dahan was a necessary act to hammer the ego of Ravana. So Hanuman jumped over the buildings to set the fire. in this way, Hanuman was able to balance his aim and the life cycle of Lanka. 

In today's era, every organisation has to deploy balance between its business growth and the environment. It should be sustainable in all ways. We all have to ensure that we will protect our mother Earth while we work on modernization.

Leaving the comfort zone

Leaving the comfort zone- There are many incidences in Ramayana which are showing the act of leaving the comfort zone. Very first is the Sita and Lakshman opted to go into exile with Shriram. The exile period was some sort of study period for Ram to earn about the actual conditions of the entire kingdom. These learnings and observations during the exile period always guided Shriram to be better and better day by day. Today's era is of cut-throat competition in every aspect, right from school days. So you have to explore the best possibilities.

Importance of master plan

Importance of master plan- 

A master plan is the spinal cord of every achievement. 

At the time of Sita's abduction, Ravana came with Maricha with a full-proof plan and a backup plan. Though Maricha was dying he shouted in the voice of Ram to mislead Lakshman. The plan of Ravana was executed finely as no one deviated from instructions. 

On the other side on demand of Sita, Ram was set to hunt that golden deer by giving an instruction to Laksman, not to leave Sita at any cost. This instruction of Ram was itself a plan for the protection of Sita, but they didn't follow it. 

After listening to an urge for help in the voice of Ram, Lakshman had to go so he instructed Sita not to come out of 'Lakshman Rekha'. But again Sita didn't follow the instruction and Ravana got success in abducting her. 

This incident teaches us how the team gets deviated from the goal by not following the master plan. For achievement, it is necessary to follow the master plan in any way without fail. The master plan importance is the thing that each one should learn.

Importance of Communication

Importance of communication- 

The root of every problem in any family, team, organisation, or group of people serving the same purpose is miscommunication. 

The miscommunication was the reason behind the Sugriva and Bali conflict. Even when Sita has abducted the reason for Lakshman to go to see his brother Ram was nothing but the miscommunication imposed by Ravana. 

When this miscommunication occurs you get deviated from your master plan and thus the goal is missed. If you are the leader, then don't let miscommunication come your way. Always ensure that the job of everyone is communicated in a nice way to them.

Leaders have to make leaders

Leaders have to make leaders- If you want to grow then you must be able to identify a person who can handle the situation even in your absence with presence of mind, by taking initiative, keeping calm, and acting like a diplomate. Only Hanuman was having the strength to fly up to Lanka and find Sita. Ram, Sugriva, and Jamvant were the prominent leaders but they identified the leadership qualities of Hanuman. Hanuman met Sita at Ashok Vatika and gave the message of Ram to her- and this task was over. But Hanuman intentionally destroyed Ashok Vatika ad purposely surrendered to soldiers so that he can analyse Ravana and his cabinet and the situation around Sita. In this course Ravan Hanuman was not offered a chair, so he made his own by his tail taller than Ravana to show his dominance. Ravana ordered to set fire to Hanuman's tail, but he used it to set fire to Lanka. All these activities of Hanuman were not the monkey's act but the use of the situation to show the dominance of Ram over Ravana. 

For your family, business, or team organisation you have to create leaders. And this is what we need for goal achievement.

 

Shrirama - Upholder of Dharma

 In a famous school, a teacher hold up a ten-rupee coin and said, "I will give this coin to any girl or boy, who will name the greatest person ever lived." Many shouted Michael Angelo. Aristotle, Socrates, and so on. One boy said that it is Lord Rama. He got the ten rupees coin. 

In the afternoon the teacher asked the boy, "How did he know that Lord Rama was the greatest person?" 

The boy replied, "Everyone knows that the Lord Rama was the greatest, not because he was a God but because he was the upholder of Dharma."

Few good friends are better

 A Hare was very popular with the other animals in the jungle who all claimed to be her best friends. 

One day she heard the hounds approaching and hoped to escape them with the aid of her friends. So, she went to the horse, who always claimed that he is her friend, and said, “Hounds are approaching can you please help me?” 

Horse said, “I have another work to do, for my master.” 

She thought that her all friends will come for her assistance. So she went away to bull and told him the case, Bull replied, “Sorry my friend, I have an appointment with a lady, but lam will help you.” 

So she went to lam, told him the case, Lam replied, “Another time dear friend because hounds eat ships and hares.” 

The hare then applied the last hope, body part calf, who regretted that he has no work in hare body, hounds were near and hare took to her heels and escaped.

Thus, we learn how she has too many friends, but no good friends. It is good to keep some good friends, than many fair-weather friends.

Footsteps

Once upon a boy he was so alone, no one play with him. So he pry to God every day that please give me a friend or become my friend. After some months of praying this the God replied, "I will be your friend, you will see y footprints, every day, I will never leave you. This happened for years after the man got a job, and  he was so stressful about that, and his brain was getting weaker every day, he cannot control his stress, and one day he was driving his car in so stress, and in the stress he was not thinking what is front of him and he was just driving. After sometime driving the car he did an accident, and he was in the hospital, when he opened his eyes. And when he was looking for the footprints he didn't see anything, and his brain got more weaker and weaker. He was struggling to control his brain, but his brain was weaker and weaker. After some time he was not struggling to control his brain his all stress was out of his mind he was well now, and now he started seeing the footprints of God. The man asked, to the God "That where were you when I needed your help most?" The God said to the man, I was sitting on you but you cannot identify me. 

लालच

 जय श्री राम! आपके लिए एक कहानी लायी हूँ जिसमे एक व्यक्ति कैसे लालची हो जाता है और दूसरों का बुरा करना चाहता है और फिर उसके साथ क्या होता है ये बताया है। कहानी को पूरा जरूर पढ़िए। 

बहुत साल पहले की बात है। नारायण और पुष्कर नामके दो व्यापारी थे। वो दूर देश जाकर अपना सामान बेचा करते थे और काफी धन कमाया करते थे। एक बार वो इसीतरह अपना सामान बेचकर अपने देश लौट रहे थे। उनकी लौटने की यात्रा काफी लम्बी थी। पहले के ज़माने में लोग एक निश्चित दुरी हर रोज पार करके अपनी यात्रा पड़ाव दर पड़ाव पूरी किया करते थे। अगर किसी वजह से निश्चित किये हुए पड़ाव तक न पोहोच पाए तो रात को रुकने की बड़ी दिक्कत होती थी। 

नारायण और पुष्कर काफी देर से अपने सामान के साथ चले जा रहे थे पर रास्ता भटक गए थे और अबित खिंड नामकी जगह पर पोहोच गए। वह जगह उनके निश्चित पड़ाव से काफी अलग थी। उन्हें इस जगह के बारेमे कुछ भी पता नहीं था। पहले के ज़माने में होटल्स नहीं रहा करते थे, हा पर मंदिरों में धर्मशालाएँ रहा करती थी जहा लोग यात्रा के दौरान रुका करते थे। पर जिस जगह वे दोनों गए थे वह जगह उनके लिए अपरिचित थी और रात भी काफी हो गयी थी। 

उन्होंने एक राह चलते आदमी से आसरा मांग लिया। उस आदमी का नाम विरसज था। दोनों व्यापारियों ने अपना परिचय देते हुए कहा, "हम लोग रास्ता भटक गए है कृपया हमें रात्रि में रुकने के लिए किसी धर्मशाला का रास्ता बतावें।" 

विरसज ने देखा की दोनों व्यापारियों ने काफी धन कमाया है और वो सारा धन उन्हीके साथ है। उसके मनमे लालच आ गया। वह उन्हें अपने साथ अपने घर ले गया। विरसज ने दोनों के लिए खाने की व्यवस्था की और फिर विश्राम हेतु उन्हें एक कमरे में ले गया जहा नारायण और पुष्कर के लिए पलंग था और वह कमरा घर के बाहरी हिस्से में था। 

विरसज को गांव में कोन गुंडा है ये मालूम था।वह नारायण और पुष्कर को विश्राम के लिए छोड़कर गांव के गुंडे कुंडाशी के पास चला गया और उन दोनों को मरने की योजना बनायीं। और घर लौट आया। रात काफी हो गयी थी तो वह भी सो गया। 

विरसज के दो बेटे खेत में गए हुए थे इसीलिए उन्हें इस बारेमे कुछ भी पता न था। वे देर रात खेत की निगरानी करके घर लौटे। रात्रि बहुत हो गयी थी इसीलिए उन्होंने घर के बाहरी कमरे में सोना चाहिए ऐसा सोचा। तो वे दोनों पुत्र उसे कमरे में गयी जहा नारायण और पुष्कर रुके हुए थे। पूरी बात पता चलने पर विरसज के दोनों पुत्रों ने कहा, "आप पशुशाला में जाकर सो जाइये।" नारायण और पुष्कर ने वैसा ही किया और वे पशुशाला में जाकर सो गए। 

उसी समय कुंडाशी अपने साथियों के साथ आया था। पर घर में कुछ हलचल हो रही है ये देखकर वह थोड़ी देर रुक गया। जब सब लोग सो गए तब कुंडाशी योजना के हिसाबसे उस बाहरी हिस्से वाले कमरे में गया और वह पलंग पर सोये विरसज के दोनों पुत्रों को व्यापारी समझ कर मार दिया। उसने देखा तक नहीं की कौन सोया है। 

अगले दिन खून देखकर विरसज की पत्नी ने शोर मचाया तो सब लोग इकठ्ठा हो गए। विरसज ने जब देखा की नारायण और पुष्कर तो सही सलामत है तो वह हड़बड़ी में उस कमरे में कौन सोया था ये देखने गया। अंदर जो शव पड़े थे वो देख विरसज के पैरों तले जमीन खिसक गयी - क्यों की उसके दोनों पुत्र मर चुके थे। पर अब पछतावा करने का समय भी न बचा। 

दुःख में अपना माथा पीटते हुए विरसज ने कहा, "मेरी लालच ने मेरे ही पुत्र खा लिए।" और उसने अपना गुनाह कबुल कर लिया। 

इस कहानी से हमें ये सिख मिलती है की दूसरों का बुरा करने की चाहत और लालच का फल हमेशा भुगतना पड़ता है।

Hungry tiger

 A hungry tiger saw a wolf and looked around to see if there is another wolf or not. Tigre said to himself, "Looks like the wolf is alone." The wolf saw the tiger and thought of a plan. As the tiger approached, the wolf tried to appear as fierce as he could. "Hey, tiger! you think you can catch and eat me because I am alone, But I am not scared of you. I am just as ferocious as you. Do you know in this part of the Jungle every animal is scared of me? If you don't believe me, I can prove to you that, come with me to the village, Soon they got to the end of the jungle and near there was a village, 2 boys were taking the sheep to the jungle to give them food. Soon they saw the tiger and the wolf, they screamed and ran with their sheep. The elders got alert so they came with their sticks, they saw the tiger behind the wolf so they ran into their house, for safety. The wolf and tiger came back to the place. And now the tiger was tricked and thought that the wolf was stronger than him.   

Jagla in a Hole

 Jagla the spider lived on a banyan tree near the village. Every day, he saw a young girl called Adarshini go into the forest and come out with a basket full of the plumpest oranges, the reddest plums, and the yellowest bananas. Jagla shoved Adarshini aside and the sweetest honey. Anansi had become lazy. He thought of the banana plants, gobbling up every single one. Would trick Adarshini into showing him the location of the luscious fruits. He dropped into her basket when she passed the baobab. "Adarshini," he said silkily. "No one in your village finds fruits as sweet as yours. Would you please show me where you get them? Promise not to tell anyone." Adarshini was wary because the Jagla was a trickster. 

"All right, but only this once" she replied. Adarshini went deep into the bush, down remote trails no one knew of. When they reached the plum tree and he ate up all the plums. He clambered up Jagla's belly was bursting but he wanted honey. Adarshini pointed to a tree. "Inside a small hole is the sweetest honey" Jagla Squeezed himself into the hole and ate every drop. He swelled like a balloon. When he tried to get out, he was stuck! "You wouldn't be stuck if you hadn't been so selfish and greedy," said Adarshini. And she sauntered because Anansi was a trickster away, swinging her basket. Don't be greedy. 

गौ माता

 पहली कहानी -

वह समय था 19th एवम 20th सेंचुरी का। अर्थात 1800 से लेकर 1999 का समय। भारत में आक्रमणकारी आतताइयों के अलावा कोई और भी था जिसने त्राहिमाम मचा रखा था। वैसे तो यह त्राहिमाम हजारों वर्षों से मचा हुआ था किंतु सिर्फ 20th सेंचुरी में 300 मिलियन अर्थात 30 करोड़ लोग इस त्राहिमाम से परलोक सिधार चुके थे। क्या था यह त्राहिमाम। यह था एक छोटा सा वायरस। नाक और गले के माध्यम से एक अदृश्य वायरस मानव के शरीर में घुस जाता था। फेफड़ों में जाकर फ्लू और बुखार जैसे लक्षण आते थे, फिर पूरा शरीर फफोलो से भर जाता था। गॉव के लोग इस महामारी को बड़ी माता कहते थे और वैज्ञानिक लोग चेचक। चेचक होते ही 10 में से 4 लोगों को मरना ही होता था। समय बीत रहा था विश्व भर में बेहिसाब लोग चेचक से मर रहे थे किन्तु भारत में लोगों का एक समूह था जिनको चेचक होता ही नहीं था और यह था भारत के गौ पालक ग्वालों का समूह।

ये ग्वाले दिन भर गौमाता के सानिध्य में रहते, उनको चराते, नहलाते दुहते। इस समूह से बाहर जब लोग बड़ी माता से मर रहे होते, इन ग्वालों को बस थोड़ा था बुखार होता, दो चार पिम्पल्स और वो ठीक हो जाते।

लंबी कथा को शार्ट करता हूँ, ग्वालों की इस महामारी बड़ी माता से रक्षा और कोई नहीं, गाय माता ही कर रही थी। होता यह था कि बड़ी माता का यह खतरनाक वायरस गाय के शरीर में रहने वाले गाय के वरिओला नामक वायरस के समक्ष घुटने टेक देता था और गाय को तो बड़ी माता से कुछ होता ही नहीं था, वरन गाय के सानिध्य में रहने वाले मनुष्य भी बड़ी माता से सुरक्षित हो जाते थे।

भारत के ग्वालों के इस अनुभव को एडवर्ड जेनर नाम के एक अंग्रेज वैज्ञानिक ने कैश किया और गाय के शरीर से इसी वैरियोला वायरस के पीप को निकाल कर इसी पीप को मनुष्यों में देना शुरू कर दिया ताकि वो लोग जो गाय के सानिध्य में नहीं रहते उनको भी गाय के इस चमत्कारी श्राव के द्वारा बड़ी माता से बचाया जा सके। हजारों वर्षों से धरती पर त्राहिमाम मचाती चेचक अर्थात बड़ी माता का निदान विश्व को मिल गया था। यही चेचक की वैक्सीन थी और विश्व की प्रथम वैक्सीन भी। इस वैक्सीन को खोजने का श्रेय मिला अंग्रेज एडवर्ड जेनर को, लोग भारत के ग्वालों को भी भूल गए और गाय को भी। यह कथा कभी बताने की जरूरत नहीं समझी गई, किन्तु कथा का सारांश यह है कि हजारो वर्षो की महामारी का इलाज मिला गौं माता से।

अब दूसरी कथा। यह कथा बस कुछ वर्ष पहले की है। मात्र 3 वर्ष पहले की। गूगल कर लीजिए तथ्य और डेट मिल जाएगी।

वैज्ञानिको के एक समूह ने सोचा कि अगर खतरनाक HIV अर्थात एड्स के वायरस को गाय को दिया जाए तो क्या होगा?? वैज्ञानिको ने HIV का वायरस गाय के शरीर में प्रविष्ट कराया और यह क्या! गाय को एड्स होने के बजाय एड्स का वह वायरस गाय माता के शरीर में नष्ट हो गया। नष्ट ही नहीं हुआ वरन उसके खिलाफ गाय के खून में एक विशेष एंटीबाडी भी बन गयी जो HiV वायरस को मार डालने में सक्षम थी। विश्व के सबके बड़े विज्ञान के जर्नल नेचर में दो वर्ष पहले यह खोज छपी कि HIV की वैक्सीन सम्भव है तो सिर्फ गाय के सहारे। ज्ञात हो कि दो तीन दशकों तक हजारो करोड़ खर्च करने के बाद भी आज तक विश्व का कोई भी वैज्ञानिक HiV की वैक्सीन नहीं बना पाया था। अब गाय माता के कारण यह सम्भव होने के कगार पर है।

अब तीसरी कथा। यह कथा है गाय के माध्यम से वर्तमान महामारी कोरोना का इलाज। यह फेसबुक पोस्ट है कोई किताब या विज्ञान का जर्नल नहीं। वैज्ञानिक लोग गूगल कर लेना, पता चल जाएगा।

South Dakota की SAb Biotherapeutics नामक कंपनी ने गाय के माध्यम से कोरोनाकी वैक्सीन बनाने के प्रयास शुरू कर दिए हैं। बड़ी सफलता भी मिली है। देखना यह है कि दुनिया के ठेकेदार इस अद्भुत खोज को मान्यता देते हैं कि नहीं। इतिहास तो कहता है कि ये ढोंगी मर जायेंगे, किन्तु गौ माता को मान्यता नहीं देंगे।

यूँ ही माता नहीं कहा जाता गाय को। आज धरती के ऊपर संकट आया है तो माता के पास जाकर तो देखो। माता का सानिध्य पाकर तो देखो। माता को सिर से पैर तक छूकर नमन करके तो देखो, माता को प्यार से चूमो तो सही, कौन सा संकट होगा जो तुमको छू सकेगा !!

पहले दिन से जब मैंने हल्दी का निदान आप सभी को बताया था (जो आज भी सार्थक और कारगर है) उसी दिन से सभी को संकेत दे रहा हूँ कि गाय का सानिध्य करो। गाय को रोटी दो। प्यासी हो तो पानी पिला दो । इस बहाने दो पल आपको गाय का सानिध्य तो प्राप्त होगा। इसी पल भर के सानिध्य से तुम्हारा कल्याण हो जाएगा।

समझदार को इशारा काफी। वर्तमान महामारी से बचना है तो सौ साल पुराने चेचक के इतिहास और निदान से सीख लेनी होगी। गाय को आप लोग भूल गए हैं, यह विस्मृति ही वर्तमान कष्टों का कारण है। कभी इन आवारा घूमती भूखी प्यासी कटती गायों की आंखों को पढ़ना, कहती मिलेंगी कि हे मेरे पुत्रो, तुम व्यथित क्यों हो, मेरे पास आओ, मुझे काट लेना, खा जाना, मुझी को खाकर कर लेना अपनी भूख शांत, किन्तु उससे पहले बस दो पल मेरे साथ बिताओ तो सही व्यथित क्यों हो, मैं हूँ ना ।।

मेरा कार्य पूर्ण हुआ। गाय सबकी है। किंतु पल दो पल का सानिध्य आपको स्वयं  तलाशना होगा। आगे आपका भाग्य।

मर्जी का मालिक

 जय श्री राम सखियों और सखाओ। आज आपके लिए नत्थू ऊंट की कहानी लायी हु। इसे पूरा जरूर पढ़ना। 

एक समय की बात है एक ऊंट था। उसका नाम नत्थू रखा गया था। नत्थू का मालिक उसे दिनरात नकेल डालकर बांधे रखता था जिससे उसे बहुत तकलीफ होती थी। 

एक दिन नत्थू अपनी नकेल छुड़ाकर भाग गया। वह एक ही रस्ते से भागते रहा और एक नदी के पास आकर रुक गया। नत्थू को नदी पार करने नहीं आ रही थी। नत्थू फिरसे अपने मालिक के कैद में नहीं जाना चाहता था इसीलिए अपना राशन पानी वही मालिक के खेमे में छोड़ भागा था। उस कैद में उसे भलेही नकेल की वजह से बहोत तकलीफ़ होती थी पर खाना पेटभरके मिलता था। 

उसके आगे नदी थी जिसमे पानी का बहाव बहुत तेज था। फिर भी नत्थू वही बैठ गया कई दिन बित गए वह भूखा था और केवल नदी का पानी पीकर  गुजारा कर रहा था। उसकी हालत बहोत ख़राब हो गयी थी। 

एक शुण्डि नाम का कव्वा उसे काफी समय से देख रहा था। शुण्डि को नत्थू पर दया आयी। शुण्डि ने उसे उसका नाम पूछा। नत्थू ने अपने बारे में बताया। फिर शुण्डि ने कहा, "नत्थू तुम कब तक सिर्फ नदी का पानी पीकर गुजारा करोगे? वहा उसतरफ एक हराभरा खेत है तुम मेरे पीछे पीछे आ जाओ और वहाँ की घास खा लेना।"

नत्थू को इंसानो का स्वाभाव पता था इसीलिए उसने पूछा, "शुण्डि वहा इंसान होंगे न ?"

शुण्डि ने कहा, "इंसान आते है, काम करते है तभी तो खेत हराभरा रहता है। "

नत्थू ने कहा, "मै दिन रात नकेल से बंधा रहता था इसीलिए मुझे बहुत तकलीफ होती थी। मुझे फिरसे इंसानो की कैद में नहीं जाना। मै उस खेत में गया तो वे मुझे पकड़ लेंगे। तुम एक काम करो मुझे यही रहने दो। मै यहाँ अपनी मर्जी का मालिक हु।"

शुण्डि ने कहा, "मित्र तुम यहाँ मर जाओगे। "

नत्थू ने कहा, "वो तो एक दिन सभी को मरना है। पर मुझे मेरी स्वतंत्रता प्रिय है। "

इतनी बात होने के बाद शुण्डि वहा से उड़ गया। पर नत्थू की जिद देखकर वह अचंभित था और इसी सोच में उड़ते हुए दूर आ पंहुचा। वहा उसने देखा की वह जगह जंगल को लग कर उसी नदी के किनारे है और उस जगह पर इंसान बहुत कम आते है और खाने के लिए अच्छा चारा भी है। यह देख शुण्डि उड़कर फिरसे नत्थू के पास आया और बोला, "चलो मित्र यहाँ से कुछ दूर जंगल है जहा इंसान नहीं आते और तुम्हे खाने के लिए पर्याप्त मात्रा में चारा और पिने के लिए पानी भी मिलेगा।"

नत्थू उसके पीछे पीछे उस जंगल तक पंहुचा और वहा रहने लगा। 

नत्थू को अपनी स्वतंत्रता चाहिए थी इसीलिए उसने भूखा रहना स्वीकार किया। शुण्डि एक अच्छा मित्र था इसीलिए वह समझ गया की नत्थू को क्या चाहिए और उसने नत्थू की सही  ढंग से सहायता की। वो कहते है न कुछ पाने के लिए कुछ खोना पड़ता है। बस इसी नियम को नत्थू ने अपनी स्वतंत्रता के लिए अपनाया। 

अगर आपको भी जीवन में कुछ चाहिए है तो आपको आलस को त्यागना पड़ेगा और परिश्रम को अपनाना पड़ेगा जैसे नत्थू ने नकेल त्यागकर भूख को स्वीकार किया बिलकुल वैसेही।

Vande Matram! In this article, I am sharing a small conversation between son and father. This small motivational incident I got from a newspaper column. In the end, I shared some affirmative sentences which are based on the same article. Please read till the end.

 

One day a son comes to his father for advice, “Dad, I can’t do this anymore. Those lessons only exhaust me, and the result doesn’t change. It must not be destined for me to play football and my dream will never come true. The father looked at his son and said: You know son, every person in life has a dream, a goal for his life. They are the ones that make us do what we are doing because it’s what we believe in, what we feel.

 

The easiest way is to quit everything and not go until the end because the path is difficult and we are not used to inconveniences. We want everything to be easy. But the wishes are fleeting! This is how our dream dies. Gradually life becomes a routine without depth and meaning. Then one day we try to forget and start everything from the beginning. But new obstacles come in our way, and we stop again. We become full of despair and anger for our own helplessness. But you only need to remember one thing: never give up, fight, battle. It doesn’t matter that you have lost one or more battles. Life goes on! Your biggest enemies are biding in you – laziness, fear, doubt, indecision. Be a warrior of your dream, a knight of your goal, and a soldier of your wishes!

Gopal's house

The monsoon was on and the Gopal the King's jester was so poor that he cannot change his roof. And if the rain will happen once the roof will be blown so he thought of a plan. 

He was going to the court lately. When the King asked Gopal, "Why you are coming late every day?" 

Gopal said, "I am preparing for the Annual Kartik puja, and I want to invite you to the Puja. Gopal started making his roof, and the week of Puja he started preparations. He put a ladder to climb on the roof so the King can come, and he managed to put an Agnikund on the roof. And so on... 

When the day came the Maharaja saw that the roof was slanted, and he cannot sit on the roof. King asked, "I cannot sit on the roof." 

Gopal replied, "I cannot let you sit on the mud, so I arranged everything on the roof. The Maharaja thought for a minute and ordered the best quality bricks. For the house. And thus Gopal's house was repaired for the Kartik Puja.
Moral: Use your intellect to solve your problems.

Disciple

Ma wrote in his autobiography about his trial when he was first sent to the Monasteries. The parents told him that they would not accompany him and they also did not say farewell to him because they would not want him to be tempted to return to his house. 

When he has arrived at the monastery the head of the monastery was waiting for him. The head said that he would test the disciple to gauge his capability. He was asked to sit in a classroom and close his eyes till the teacher returns. So the young entrant waited and closed his eyes till the teacher returns. 

The teacher took a long time and awakened to the entrant. He saw that he was pleased to enter the monastery and be with them. It only shows that disciple pays. 

Today is the time to re-program you, remodel your self-image, give your self-esteem a great facelift. Therefore, gravitate towards positive people, who gave you a lift to change your personality.
