Are you having list of your contributions and performance at your previous job?

The list of your contributions at your company and the list of your performance achievements are the things which you should maintain all the way because these are the two basic list which encourage you to achieve your goals. Many of us watch History channel, National Geographic channel or similar tv channels. This information has been dug out by people who spend days and nights with history books and visiting historical places. Such studies are generally called archaeology.

Archaeology try to learn about previous generations especially those in the distant past stretching from those as far back in time as the Indus valley civilization to more recent historical period like the Middle Ages in Europe. An archaeologist tries to study historical period in their time and find out about the lives of its people and the characteristics of its culture. They are driven by a person for a history and culture of the past. They try to rediscover history and interpret history.

Typical work day defence on the kind of job one is assigned to. There often a lot of things like budget to be prepared, reports to write up, conversation management plans and permit applications. Field work is always interesting but you don't do it every day. All some days you might do some short site visits and other days none. Work also involved spending a lot of time at the site of excavation. One has to camp at the site and stay there for months at a  time while working on the project.

The work of an archaeologist involved carefully excavation the artifacts, then clearing them, preservation of them and studying them. One therefor has to have some knowledge about the historical conditions of the time and place as well as the geographical conditions of the area both in the past and present, archaeological matter a bit of chemistry for safety excavation and preservation of artefacts.

Study of the artifacts often requires the knowledge of the other languages. Some even dead languages as well as knowledge of that period including some knowledge of its artistic forms. Some different archaeological sciences are as follows Archeaologmetri, dendrochronology, isotope analysis, palynology, radiocarbon dating, zoo archaeology, geo archaeology. पारिवारिक व्यवसाय

पारिवारिक व्यवसाय देश की विकास में काफी सहायक है तथा यह रोजगार का एक उत्तम तरीका भी है। अच्छी अर्थव्यवस्था के लिए सरकार ने ऐसे पारिवारिक व्यवसाय को उत्तम दर्जे की समानता देनी चाहिए। पारिवारिक व्यवसाय के विरोध में हजारों चीज़ें है।
परंतु पारिवारिक व्यवसाय के हिसाब से उपयुक्त अनेक चीज है। पारिवारिक व्यवसाय में परिवार के सदस्य मालिक भी होते हैं तथा कर्मचारी भी होते हैं इसीलिए सब को लगता है कि उनकी व्यक्तिगत राय ली जाए किसी भी निर्णय के लेने के लिए। सभी की व्यक्तिगत राय जान के लिए गए व्यवसाय संबंधित निर्णय पारिवारिक तथा अन्य व्यवसाय के लिए भी उपयुक्त है क्योंकि यहां निर्णय दूरागामी परिणामों के साथ रहते हैं जिसका फायदा कई वर्षों तक व्यवसाय को होते रहता है।
जब लोग एक साथ काम करने के लिए जूडते हैं तो मतभेद होते ही है पारिवारिक व्यवसाय में यह मतभेद ज्यादा हो सकते हैं क्योंकि परिवार के सदस्य ही कर्मचारी है।
मतभेद अगर सकारात्मक है तो इसका फायदा होना ही है क्योंकि ऐसे सकारात्मक मत भेज अच्छे निर्णय, व्यापार में अच्छी बढ़ोतरी और व्यापार के हिसाब से जो ज़रूरी है ऐसे ऐसे शिक्षा के लिए पोषक होते हैं।

बराबरी
परिवार है तो लोग है। लोग है तो बराबरी है।  कौन किसके बराबर इस बात कि स्पर्धा अक्सर  व्यवहार तथा व्यवसाय दोनों में मतभेद था कारण बन सकती है। इस बराबरी की स्पर्धा का कारण जरुरी नहीं है कि व्यवसाय से ही जुड़ा हो। अगर आप पारिवारिक व्यवसाय कर रहे हैं तो रिश्तो में आपस में प्रभारी करना आपके व्यवसाय तथा पारिवारिक जीवन दोनों पर तकलीफें ला सकता है।

सोच का फर्क
परिवार की सदस्यों में सोच का फर्क हो सकता है यह सोचकर फर्क डर गुस्सा और व्यवसाय को तबाह करने की सोच और हर निर्णय को अपने हिसाब से लेने का बर्ताव इत्यादि बातों के लिए वजह बन सकता है। जो कि पारिवारिक व्यवसाय को बंद करने के लिए काफी है। सोच का फर्क है हर जगह रह सकता है पर इसका बुरा असर अपने व्यवसाय पर ना हो इसलिए हर किसी के व्यक्तिगत विचारों को कोई भी निर्णय लेने से पहले सुन लेना चाहिए।

ईर्ष्या
ईर्ष्या मनुष्य का वो शत्रु है जो अन्य शत्रुओं को बुलावा देता है मनुष्य का जीवन तथा उस जीवन से जुडी सभी सकारात्मक बातों को तहस नहस करने के लिए। पारिवारिक व्यवसाय में व्यवसाय के मुखिया के लिए यह बहुत ही मुश्किल है कि किसे कौन सी जिम्मेदारी दे, क्योंकि पारिवारिक व्यवसाय में परिवार के सदस्य ही कर्मचारी रहते हैं और अन्य व्यवसायिक संस्थानों की तरह इस समय कोई भी पद घोषणा नही रहती है। परिवार के सदस्य को कौन सा काम करना पड़ रहा है और उसके बदले उसे क्या मिल रहा है और अन्य लोगों को क्या काम करना पड़ रहा है और क्या मिल रहा है इस बात का कंपेयरीजन हमेशा ईर्ष्या का वजह रहता है। अतः यह ज़रूरी है कि व्यवसाय के मुख्य को तथा परिवार के मुख्य को इस बात का ख्याल हमेशा रखना पड़ता है कि काम और काम के बदले मिलने वाले नफें के बारे में किसी के साथ भी कोई भी अन्याय न हो। और सभी सदस्य को यह भी देखना पड़ेगा कि उनके अंदर ईर्ष्या न आनी पाएं क्योंकि पारिवारिक व्यवसाय उनका अपना व्यवसाय है।

उत्तराधिकारी
उत्तराधिकारी का चयन यह पारिवारिक व्यवसाय में एक जटिल समस्या है। कई बार यह उत्तराधिकारी का चयन व्यवसाय को खत्म कर देता है। पारिवारिक व्यवसाय में यह एक खास मुद्दा है जिसके चलते या तो व्यवसाय टुकड़ों में बट जाता है या बिखर जाता है। दोनों ही सूरतो में व्यवसाय कम कम फायदे रहता है। पारिवारिक व्यवसाय के मुख्य को अतः बहुत सोच समझकर उत्तराधिकारी की घोषणा करनी चाहिए। इसके लिए जैसे पुराने राजा महाराजा राजकुमारो में स्पर्धा कराते थे और उस स्पर्धा के विजेता को उत्तराधिकार में राज्य मिलता था और उप विजेता को अन्य जिम्मेदारियां मिलती थी। ऐसी व्यवसाय से जुड़ी ही स्पर्धा लेनी चाहिए।

परिवार के बाहर के व्यक्ति को व्यवसाय में नौकरी देना
कभी-कभी व्यवसाय की पत सुधारने के लिए परिवार के बाहर की व्यक्ति की सहायता लेनी पड़ती है। यह भी पारिवारिक सदस्यों में मत बिस्सा एक कारण रह सकता है। पारिवारिक व्यवसाय और कुछ नहीं बल्कि परिवार का ही विस्तृत रुप है। बाहरी व्यक्ति कई बार परिवार में बड़े से छोटों को मिलने वाली सीख तथा जिम्मेदारियों के बीच में अड़ंगा बन सकती है। इससे आपस में मतभेद हो सकते। अतः बाहरी व्यक्ति की सहायता लेने से पहले यह जरूरी है कि परिवार के अन्य सदस्यों की राय ली जाए। बाहरी व्यक्तियों के सामने आपस में बर्ताव मिठास में रहे यह परिवार के वयस्क सदस्य ने ध्यान में रखना चाहिए, वैसे यह तो सभी की जिम्मेदारी है। बाहरी व्यक्ति के चयन के बाद में उसके बर्ताव के अनुसार कुछ नियम परिवार के सदस्यों ने आपस में चर्चा करके बना लेने चाहिए ताकि पारिवारिक रिश्तो के बीच की दूरियां उस बाहरी व्यक्ति के लिए मुनाफे का कारण न बने।
