We all multitask , a necessary survival skill of digital age. But did you know that just listening to news while you answer your email can limit how well you are able to recall both? Normally, when you take a new information, you process it by a part of brain called cerebral cortex. But multi tasking reduces learning because people cannot attend to relevant information.
Refresh your mind
Yes, you know that meditation can reduce stress,  which research shows damage brain cells and your ability to retain information over time. But the ancient practice can do more than just soothe your soul,  it may also sharpen your memory.
Believe in your  brain
