1. Clean your workplace by organising documents and shattered things on the desk.
2. Organized desk or platform is helpful to focus on the task.
3. Remove unwanted things out. If they may be useful in future then keep them in the store room or in the bottom shelf of the desk drawer.
4. Try to keep clean and organized everything including your vehicle and purse.
5. Try to work highly focused for shorter period and take small breaks in between. This will improve your speed of working.
6. Break your work in pieces and schedule them with small breaks.
7. If you are knowing your limit in shorter time frame then you will be able to get them as soon as possible. Then after a break you will try to complete next piece of work.
8. Try to keep phone away.
