A well known speaker started off his seminar by holding up a RS. 20 note. IN the room of 200 people, he asked- "Who would like this Rs. 20 note?"

Hands started coming up. He said- "I will give the Rs. 20 note to one of you but first let me do this." Then he crumbled the note, and again asked- "do now also you want this note?" still hands were up. "Let me do one more thing." now he put the note on floor and grind it with his shoe. Now he again asked "now do you want it?" still hands were up.

He said "After all this still your hands were up, because you knew the value of the note is now also same, Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumbled, and ground into the dirt by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way. We feel as we are worthless. But no matter what has happened and what will happen, you will never loose your value. You are special- Never forget it."
