Kashmiri garam masala

Ingredients:

1 tsp black cumin seeds 

12 black cardamoms 

1 tsp black pepper

Two piece cinnamon

1 tsp cloves

Three to four blades of mace.

1/8 PSP nutmeg powder

Methods:

1. roast all the ingredients separately and then great all ingredients together, except nutmeg to a fine powder ad nutmeg powder and mix well. Store in airtight sterilized glass or jar.
