Vegetable chow mein

Ingredients:
250 gram vegetable noodles
2 tbsp oil
One and half cup cashew nuts halved
2 carrots cut into thin strips
1 green bell pepper seeded and cut into thin strips
1 cup bean sprouts
For lemon sauce:
2 tsp soya sauce
2/3 Cup vegetable stock
Juice of two fresh limes finely grated rind of 2 fresh limes
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp corn flour
For garnishing:
1 tbsp sesame seeds dry roasted.
Method:
mix all the ingredients of the lemon sauce truly and set aside. Bring a large pen of salted water to boil. And the noodles and cook for 3 minutes. Remove noodles with slotted spoon and place it on the warmed serving dish and cover it set aside. It oil in a wok or kadhai. Toss the kashee nuts on a hi hi tell golden brown. Remove with slotted spoon and set aside. At carrots and celery to the oil in the wok and stir Rai for 4 to 5 minutes. And pepper and bean sprouts to the mixture and further stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes.in the meanwhile eat the lemon sauce in a painful staff and warm lemon sauce to the vegetables in the wok and cook for 2 minutes. Stiring Dil vegetables are coated fully. And cashew nuts and stir gently. Remove vegetables from wok and place it over the noodles. Garnish the chow mein with sesmi seeds and serve
