2 cups peeled and grated Apple
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp chopped almonds
1 tbsp pista
One and half tsp green cardamom (Hari elaichi) powder
Method:
Khidki in thick bottom suspend. At grated Apple, stir and fry for about 10 minutes or till the water evaporates. Add sugar. Stir mix and cook till the mixture is homogenuos. a chart almond and pista and mix. When almost dry, add cardamom powder,mix and remove from fire full transfer to any great powerful and allowed to. Served at room temperature.
