बटाट्याचा शिरा

बटाट्याचा शिरा उपवासासाठी चालतो तसेच लहान मुलांसाठी शक्तिवर्धक असतो म्हणून तुम्ही कधीही बनवू शकता . आजच्या ब्लोग मध्ये आपले स्वागत आहे व ज्यांना गोड खायला आवडतं त्यांच्या साठी एकदम सोपा घरगुती शिरा कसा बनवायचा याची कृती दिली आहे . कृपया ब्लोग पूर्ण वाचा परंतु त्या आधी हि पाककृती सगळ्यांसोबत शेयर करा .

साहित्य:
चांगले बटाटे - आर्धा किलो
तूप - आपल्या सवयीनुसार जास्तही चालेल पण कमीत कमी ४ टेबल स्पून
वेलदोडे पूड
केशर - ३-४ पाकळ्या छोट्या वाटीत पाण्यात भिजवून ठेवलेली किंवा केशरी खाण्याचा रंग
साखर - चवीनुसार जास्त हि चालेल पण कमीत कमी २०० ग्राम
काजू - तुकडे करून ठेवलेले
बदाम - तुकडे करून ठेवलेले
किशमिश
अन्य सुका मेवा आपल्या सोयीनुसार

कृती:
बटाटे चांगले धुवून घ्या आणि चिरून दोन तुकडे करून  चेक करून घ्या चांगले आहेत कि सडलेले . सडलेले फेकून द्या .
सर्व चांगले बटाटे कुकर मध्ये उकडून घ्या . बटाटे चांगले थंड होवू द्या . त्यानंतर साल काढून बटाटे पुरण यंत्रातून काढून घ्या .
कढाई मध्ये तूप घ्या आणि बटाट्याचा लगदा बदामी रंगाचा होईपर्यंत परतून घ्या . मधून मधून ग्यास कमी जास्त करत रहा म्हणजे बटाटा कढाईला चीटकणार नाही .
आता या लगद्यात साखर, वेलदोडे पूड घालून परत एकदा साखर व्यवास्थित मिळेपर्यंत हलवत रहा .
जर तुम्ही ख्याण्याचा रंग वापरणार असाल तर तो रंग हि एक थेंब (लिक्विड कलर) किंवा एक चिमुट भर (powder कलर) पाण्यात मिसळून टाकून द्या .
साखर मिसळली कि ग्यास बंद करा .
जर तुम्ही रंग येण्यासाठी केशर वापरणार असाल तर गरम गरम शि-यामध्ये पाण्यात भिजवलेली केशर टाका आणि एकदा चांगल मिसळून घ्या .
काजू, बदाम, किशमिश व अन्य सुका मेवा वाढताना सजवून द्या .

टीप : १) पुरण यंत्र नसेल तर पावभाजी masher ने बटाट्याचा लगदा तयार करा . masher ऐवजी तुम्ही जाड किसणी देखील वापरू शकता .
२) केशर पाण्यात भिजवून ठेवल्यास चांगला रंग येतो . पण बिलकुल कमीत कमी पाण्यात केशर भिजवावी .

रव्याचा हलवा

साहित्य:
१ कप बारीक रवा
अर्धा कप तुप
दीड कप साखर
2 कप पाणी
अर्धा कप दुध
चिमुट केशर (ऐच्छिक)
वेलदोडे पूड अर्धा चमचा
१ टेबल स्पून बेदाणे
२ बदाम

कृती
तूप चांगले गरम करा. त्यात बदामाचे काप परतून काढून ठेवा. मग रवा घालून खमंग भाजा. दुस-या ग्यासवर पाणी, साखर व बेदाणे उकळा. साखर (पाक करायचा नाही) रवा व हे पाणी एकत्र करा. दुध व केशराचा हबका मारा. तळलेले बदाम काप घाला. हा हलवा शुभप्रसंगी बनवतात. साध्या पु-याबरोबर वाढतात. हा आपल्या शि-यापेक्षा मऊसर असतो.

समझ में नहीं आता खफा हो जाऊ या फ़िदा हो जाऊ।

अहसास के अंदाज बदल जाते हैं

वरना आँचल भी उसी धागे से बनता है और कफन भी

नजर अंदाज जितना करना है कर लो,

अन्दाजा उस दिन का भी कर लो जब हम नजर नहीं आयेगे..

‪कुछ यूँ मिली नजर उनसे कि

बाकी सब नजरअंदाज हो गये!

कोई मर नही जाता  इक इंजेक्शन लगवाने से ग़ालिब ,

बस उठने बैठने का अंदाज बदल जाता है
