7. A life with no problems would be a life with no opportunities for growth or achievements.

8. Accept that the problem exist, and you can then begin to successfully work through them.

9. Life will always challenging in one way or another.

10. Whatever you failed to do in the past does not matter in present.

11. Give your attention to the progress you can make in this moment.
