1. Omprakash Valmiki was a Dalit, he wrote a book named Joothan. This book described the bitter bitter experience of growing up as a Dalit child. His classmates teased him and he had to broom the school.

2. If lower caste people are restricted from visiting public places this is a violation of Article 15. If a owner has refused to rent his place to someone due to his/her caste or religion this is also a violation of Article 15. 

3. If lower caste people are restricted from entering a private property then it is not a violation of Article 15.
