bbq Barli beets quinoa

Ingredients:
White barley 50 gram
Quinoa 35 grams
Baby beat 75 gram
Granny Smith Apple 40 gram
Baby Arugula 50 gram
Lemon 1
Dijon mustard 2 gram
Pommery mustard 2 gram
Sea salt one pinch
Black pepper to taste
Microgreens assorted 20 grams
Method:
Make the dressing with lemon juice dujon and pommery salt and pepper and keep aside. Soak barley a day in advance and boil for 20 minutes drain and chill. Boil quinoa for 20 minutes check for donennes and strain. Boil baby beets peel and chill in refrigerator. Slice the Granny Smith apples just before combining with vinaigrette. for planting wash and irregular in chilled water so that the the leaves Vikram Krrish. Please the irregular on the plate so as to form a bed for the salad, likely to the remaining ingredients with vinaigrette, check for seasoning and place on a bed of a regular. Garnish with microgreens and serve.
