75 gram unsalted butter
200 gram ground
150 ml fresh cream
For garnishing:
8 almonds chopped
10 pista chopped
Method:
Melt butter in heavy bottom non stick saucepan stirring well. Add ground almonds sugar and cream. Stir and mix well. Reduce heat and stir the mixture constantly for about 10 to 12 minutes, scrapping the base of the suspense. Increase heat and stay till the mixture is slightly darker. Remove from fire and transfer the mixture into a large shallow serving dish. Smooth the top of the mixture with the back of the spoon. the mixture with chopped almonds and sisters. Leave the mixture for 1 hour to set. Cut the mixture in diamond shape and serve cold.
