We know enough about sleep. But we don't know what exactly causes sleep, but when we sleep our body recovers from fatigue caused by the activities of body and brain. But after a good sleep and rest we are active again and ready for the day's activity. We dream after sleeping and we don't remember our dreams always. We don't remember our sleep every time. When we sleep our heartbeats gets low, and our body temperature goes down. It is a state of rest and peace. Many things occurs when we are asleep. Our muscles relaxes, heartbeats gets low , body temperature gets low and many more things happen to our body when we are asleep. It is a state of rest, and after a good sleep our body is active, alert and fresh again.
Dream is a activity of mind when we are asleep. The dream help us in sleeping in disturbances, like the alarm is ringing or the phone or doorbell is ringing. Some doctors say that dreams can help to solve one's problems. But the dreams can't be used to tell the future.
Dream is one of the most common experience, the sleep is a good wonder and we have to know a lot about sleep.
