Editing basically means overwriting or modifying. IN Excel when you have to edit cell contents you have to things-
1. Modifying- This means to add something more to the cell content.
2. Overwriting- This means to replace the cell contents with other cell contents.
If you want to modify in Excel 2013 do the following steps-
Step 1- Click on the cell whose contents you want to modify.
Step 2- Then click on formula bar and a cursor is displayed on cell.
Step 3- Enter the data and press enter key.
If you want to overwrite in Excel 2013 do the following steps-
Step 1- Click on the cell whose contents you want to overwrite.
Step 2- Change the contents and press Enter key.
