Hello friends in this article you are going to read how to make chocolate kulfi.
To make 4 servings
Ingredients-
√1 liter milk
√4 tbsp corn flour
√4 tbsp cocoa powder
√8 tbsp sugar
√5 tbsp fresh cream
√3 tbsp grated chocolate
√4 tbsp corn flour
√4 tbsp cocoa powder
√8 tbsp sugar
√5 tbsp fresh cream
√3 tbsp grated chocolate
Method:
At first Mix corn flour and cocoa powder in little water to form a smooth paste. Set aside.
Now Add sugar to milk and bring to boil.
Add corn flour and cocoa paste, mix and stir mixture constantly till it thickens.
Let this thickened milk with cocoa powder and corn flour cool down.
Add fresh cream and blend.
Pour mixture in kulfi moulds and keep it in deep freezer for 5 to 6 hours.
While serving remove kulfi from mould and roll it with grated chocolate or with grated dry fruits.
Now Add sugar to milk and bring to boil.

Let this thickened milk with cocoa powder and corn flour cool down.
Add fresh cream and blend.
