Tali hui bhindi

Ingredients:
1 kg lady finger
3 tsp cumin powder
 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp mango powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp salt
200 gram rice flour
100 gram oil
Method:
Clean eatz lady finger with damp clothes. Cut off the top of lady finger, cut it in 2 pieces and slit each piece lengthwise. In a wide bowl. Mix all the spices and salt together. add lady finger to the mixture and mix with the mixture till the lady finger is quoted properly. Sprinkle that ice floats on the top and makes. Heat oil in shall frying pan. Are smoking. reduce heat and then fry few lady fingers together turning and basting with flat spoon Chris and gold. Remove and place fried lady finger on the absorbing paper to soak. Serve hot with meal.
