Free tips for germ-free workouts

Before choosing a new gym, take a tour to check it's clean and well - ventilated. Ask about the gym policies for day-to-day cleaning equipment and machine.
● Keep any cuts covered with moisture resistant bandage during workouts most infection enter body from lacerations.
● Bring your own water bottle, mat, towels, boxing gloves and toiletries.
● Wipe down all the machines before and after use.
● Wear filp-flops in shower and locker room.
● Wear a towel when siting in steam room or sauna.
● If you plan to shower in home then also wash your hands.
● Store sweaty workout clothes in a separate bag or separate from other things. 
● Spray your bag with sanitary spray and wipe it after each use.
● If you see a skin infection like rash or red painful area contact to doctor to check a possible infection.
