A diet is the food you eat. THe diet plays a very important role in our health. So a proper diet is required, and many types of people eat many types of diets. But the diet which contains the exact amount of nutrients required by ones body is called a balanced diet. Balanced diet for a fat person would be other and a less weighed person would be other. The person who is fat would need less fat food and person who is less weighed would need more fat food.
