1 cup Semolina
1 1/2 cup Bottle gourd(peeled&grated)
2 tbsps Coconut
2 pinches Cardamom powder
1 tbsp Roasted urad Dal powder

Heat ghee in a pan, add cashew nuts, raisins and saute it.

Steps
25 mins
Heat ghee in a pan, add cashew nuts, raisins and saute it.
To it, add semolina and saute it till colour is slightly changed. Later add grated bottle gourd and saute it for 3-4 minutes.
Then add grated coconut, cardamom powder and mix nicely.
Then add grated coconut, cardamom powder and mix nicely.
In the same pan, add sugar and saute it on low flame, when the sugar is melted then switch off the flame.
Add roasted urad dal powder and mix nicely.
Apply ghee to the hand and make round laddu.
Delicious bottle gourd Ladoo is now ready to be served.
