Motivation

1. Affirmation - I am having little more presence hence my stress is lot less.
2. Take a deep relaxing, refreshing breath, and allow life to unfold as it will. This is  the simple trick to handle any situation in life.
3. Find a way. To enjoy  the moment rather than Poison it.
4 .Instead of being obsessed about what you might be thank full for what you have.
5. Instead of being so anxious about whats next focus on the richness of whats now. 
6. We have to take all tests of life by ourselves with full confidence.
7. Unpleasant situations are examinations of  life which are necessary to elevate 1 spiritual strange and help in taking a leap forward in self -progress.
8. Stop blaming and start aiming because when you blame other, your give  up your  power to change.
9. Thought is the sculptor who can create the person you want to be.
