The King's obsession

There was a Japanese king who was very obsessed with his flower pots. He imported them from foreign countries and payed lot of money. He appointed a servant just to see his flowerpots. One his servant broken a flowerpots accidentally. The king became furious and sentenced servant to death for breaking his flowerpots. A day before he was going to be hanged, an old man came to king. "Oh king, I know how to repair damaged flowerpots. I can make the broken flowerpots beautiful again." On hearing this he was so happy that he said I will give as much money demanded. He took him to the place where all flowerpots were stored. On seeing the flowerpots the old man broke all of them by the stick. On seeing this King became furious and shouted "Why did you done that?"
"I did the right because twenty f them are broken so twenty would be killed but I have broken all the flowerpots so only my life will be gone."
On hearing this the king realized his mistake. From that day he was his obsession for flowerpots was gone.
