Strategic Alliances- 

For any achievement gone need the right person on your team. 

Sugriv was very keen on this. Very first Sugriva was willing to get back his kingdom from his brother Bali. When he came to know about Ram he sent Hanuman to crack a deal- Ram will kill Bali and give Sugriva back his kingdom and then Sugriva will help Ram to get back kidnapped Sita. 

Again after the Bali-Ram incident when Sugriva became king he welcomed Angad Bali's son with an open heart and warmth of elderliness back into his army again. As Sugriva was knowing the potential of every character around him. He identified eight persons for the right job and this is what the fruitful strategic alliance persona of Sugriva teaches us the importance of relationships. 

A manager capable of developing good relationships can do wonders for the organisation. If you want to grow your business then you have to learn these skills for identifying the right person, making good relations, and appointing the right man for the right task.

नारायण मिल जाये

 

एक सब्ज़ी वाला था सब्ज़ी की पूरी दुकान साइकल पर लगा कर घूमता रहता था ।"भगवान" उसका तकिया कलाम था । कोई पूछता आलू कैसे दिये, 10 रुपये भगवान, हरी धनीया है  क्या ? बिलकुल ताज़ा है भगवान। वह सबको भगवान कहता था । लोग भी उसको भगवान कहकर पुकारने लगे।
मैने उससे पूछा तुम्हारा कोई असली नाम है भी या नहीं?
है न ,भगवान भैयालाल पटेल।
मैंने कहा तुम हर किसी को भगवान क्यों बोलते हो।
भगवान में शुरू से अनपढ़ गँवार हूँ। गॉव में मज़दूरी करता था,  गाँव में एक नामी सन्त की कथा हुईं  कथा मेरे पल्ले नहीं पड़ी लेकिन एक लाइन मेरे दिमाग़ में आकर फँस गई , उन्होंने कहा हर इन्सान में भगवान हैं -तलाशने की कोशिश तो करो पता नहीं किस इन्सान में मिल जाय ओर तुम्हारा उद्धार कर जाये, बस उस दिन से मैने हर मिलने वाले को भगवान की नज़र से देखना ओर पुकारना शुरू कर दिया  वाकई चमत्त्कार हो गया दुनिया के लिए शैतान आदमी भी मेरे लिये भगवान हो गया  ऐसे दिन फिरें कि मज़दूर से व्यापारी हो गया सुख समृद्धि के सारे साधन जुड़ते गये मेरे लिये तो सारी दुनिया ही भगवान बन गईं।
लाख टके की बात
जीवन एक प्रतिध्वनि है आप जिस लहजे में आवाज़ देंगे पलटकर आपको उसी लहजे में सुनाईं देंगीं। न जाने किस रूप में नारायण मिल जाये

Lizard

 

While renovating his house a man found there was a lizard stuck between the wooden wall space because of a nail from outside hammered into one of its feet. He saw this, felt pity, and at the same time curious, as when he checked the nail, it was nailed about 10 years ago when the house was first built. What happened? He wondered, How did the lizard survive without moving any step for 10 years. So he stopped his work and observed the lizard, what it has been doing, and what he was drinking and eating for 10 years. Later not knowing, later not knowing where the lizard came from, then there appeared another lizard, with food touched food in its mouth, Ahh, he was stunned that another lizard was feeding the lizard for the next 10 years. Such help! Such happened with these tiny two creatures.

थे तों ओढावो औ, ***गिलड़ारी ओ रान्या , बोरंग चूंदड जी,

परावो ओ ***गिलड़ारी ओ रान्या दा त्यों चुढलोजी।

थे तो चढावो जो ***गिलड़ारा ओ कंवर लोलडा नारेळा जी।।

 

*सुरेंद्रजी की जगह पिता का नाम लेना।

**आशीषकुमारजी की जगह बेटे का नाम लेना।  इस तरह घरके सभी पुरुषो और लड़को के नाम लेकर ये लाइन बार बार गाना।

***गिलड़ा की जगह जिस घर में विवाह है उनका सरनेम लेना।

कान्हा घर आ जाएँ दर्शन देने के लिए।

कौन कहता है इंसान रंग नही बदलता

किसी के मुंह पर सच बोल कर तो देखिए

एक नया रंग सामने आएगा

कौन कहता है पैसा सब कुछ खरीद सकता है।

दम है तो जरा टुटे हुये विश्वास को खरीद के बताऔ

कौन कहता है  , रब नज़र नहीं आता

वही नज़र आता है जब नज़र कुछ नहीं आता

कौन कहता है की दुआ कुबूल नही होती

बस इबादत में दिल मासूम होना चाहिए

कौन कहता है कि दूरियां किलोमीटरों में नापी जाती हैं

खुद से मिलने में भी उम्र गुज़र जाती है

कौन कहता है सिर्फ़ सँवरने से बढ़ती है खूबसूरती..

दिलों में ख़ुशी हो तो चेहरे यूँ ही निखर आते हैं.

कौन कहता है के तन्हाईयाँ अच्छी नहीं होती

बड़ा हसीन मौका देती है ये ख़ुद से मिलने का

Meaningful purpose

 

If you are not following a meaningful purpose, you’ll end up following a meaningless one. If you have no specific intention for the day, the world will steal your precious time in the form of empty distractions. You have the energy, skills, and knowledge to do great and valuable things right now. A specific intention, with commitment things right now. A specific intention, with a commitment to that intention, will put it all to good use. As useless as they are, the world’s distractions can be very compelling nonetheless. Give yourself an intention that is even more compelling. Decide what you will do with the unique opportunity that is this day. Plant your intention firmly in your awareness, and keep it there. You don’t have to be tossed around by a chaotic, contradictory, and confusing world. You don’t have to settle for regret at the end of the day long. Set plot a course, and stay true to that would add more goodness to life, and then follow the vision. Envision something that would make your world more enjoyable, more fulfilling, more enriching, and then make that vision happen. It’s easy to dwell on what is wrong. It is more useful, though, to focus on how things can be better.
