1. Maharashtra gets 10 new conservation reserves 

•The Maharashtra Wildlife Board has accepted suggestions to declare 10 areas of the state as conservation reserves. 

•

It has also agreed to upgrade Kanhalgaon in Chandrapur to the level of a sanctuary. 

• The new conservation reserves are Amboli Dodamarg, Chandgad, AajraBhudargad, Gaganbawda, Panhalgad, Vishalgad, Jor Jambhli, Maini in western Maharashtra, and Mahendri and Munia in Vidarbha.

2. Ajay Banga named by Fortune in its list 

•Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen and Mastercard CEO Ajay Banga have been named by Fortune among the Businessperson of the Year 2020. 

•The list has been topped by Tesla CEO Elon Musk for the second time. 

•Narayen was ranked 8th in the list, while Banga was ranked 9th. 

•Banga, who had been Mastercard’s CEO for 10 years, will step down from his role and Michael Miebach will be the new CEO.

3. Tata Sons buys shares in Tata Chemicals 

•Tata Sons Pvt Ltd has bought more than 25 lakh shares of Tata Chemicals via open market transaction. 

•According to the bulk deal data available on NSE (National Stock Exchange), Tata Sons bought 25,71,651 shares of the company at an average price of 7471.88. 

• This took the total deal value to 7121.35 crores.

•International Volunteer Day is observed on December 5 every year. 

•The day was designated by the United Nations in 1985 as an international observance day to celebrate the power and potential of volunteerism.

5. Former Pakistan PM Zafarullah Jamali dies 

•Former Pakistan Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali passed away in December 2020. 

•He had served from November 2002 until June 2004. 

•Jamali, Pakistan's first and only elected Prime Minister from Balochistan, had served during the military regime of Gen Pervez Musharraf. 

•However, Gen Musharraf sought his resignation in 2004, and he was replaced by Shaukat Aziz.

WB CM announces free tabs for students 

•West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee announced that her government will provide free tabs to 9.5 lakh students in government schools and madrasas to facilitate online education. 

•In Bengal, there are 36,000 government and government-aided schools, 14,000 higher secondary schools, and 636 madrasas.

• The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India has named O P Jindal Global University’s student Ayan Banerjee as its 2020 ‘volunteer of the year: 

•Ayan, an 18 year old student from Prayagraj, is a vegan and he joined PETA India’s volunteer ranks two years ago. 

•During the pandemic, he encouraged students to join PETA Youth's online webinar on vegan eating.

•Customers can use this new card in the domestic market as well as for the transactions overseas.

प्री-बोर्ड एग्जाम रिजल्ट्स का स्ट्रेस कैसे संभाले ?

नमस्ते मेरे वाचक सखा और सखियों। दिसंबर का महीना मतलब दसवीं और बारहवीं कक्षा के बच्चो के प्री-बोर्ड परीक्षाओं का महीना। वैसे ये लेख सभीके कामका है पर खासकर दसवीं और बारहवीं कक्षा के बच्चो के लिए ज्यादा जरुरी है। आप और कोई तरह की परीक्षा दे रहे हो और उसकी प्रिलिम-एग्जाम दी हो तो भी यह कुछ ट्रिक्स आपके मेन एग्जाम के परफॉरमेंस को सुधारने के जरूर काम आएंगे।

आपको आपका प्री-बोर्ड एग्जाम का रिजल्ट मिल गया हो और अगर आप संतुष्ट न हो अपने रिजल्ट से तो ये करके देखिये:

१) सबसे पहले आप एक चार्ट बनाइये जिसमे हर विषय के हर पाठ के नाम होंगे। अब अपनी उत्तर पत्रिका - आंसर शिट से ये मार्क करना शुरू करिये की कोनसे पाठ - चेप्टर के सवाल आपने सही ढंग से न लिखे है। यह मार्किंग आपको ये बता देंगी की कोनसे पाठ पहले विस्तार से करने है।

२) हर सब्जेक्ट में देखिये की कोनसे पाठ में किस तरह के सवाल के जवाब आपने बुरी तरीके से लिखे है। जैसे सवाल जिनके जवाब छोटे है या बड़े जवाब वाले सवाल। कई सवालो में सही तरीके से फिगर, चार्ट, डाइग्राम निकलना होता है - अगर वो अपने नहीं किया हो तो आपके मार्क्स कम हो जाते है।  ऐसे सवालो को खास करके मार्क करके रखिये ताकि इस तरह के सवाल आप पहले पढ़ के रख सके।

३) अब आपके पास समय कम रह गया है इसीलिए आप अपने टाइम टेबल को ठीकसे फिरसे बनाइये ताकि आप सही ढंग से पढ़ सके और निश्चित समय तक यानि अंतिम परीक्षा के दिन तक आपका पूरा सिलेबस पूरा हो सके।

४) कुछ विषय आप बहोत ही अच्छेसे कर सकेंगे और कुछ बिलकुल भी नहीं - इसीलिए हर विषय को अपना अलग समय देना पड़ेगा। मुश्किल से आसान विषयों तक हर विषय का एक अलग स्टडी प्लान बनाइये - जितना ज्यादा मुश्किल सब्जेक्ट उतनी ज्यादा बार रविजन होना चाहिए। समझ लीजिये आपने अंग्रेजी में मन लायक मार्क्स लिए है और उधर गणित आपका कम में गया है तो ये बात सीधी है की आपको गणित को ज्यादा समय देना है और जब आप गणित क्र रहे है तब किसी और विषय के बारेमे सोचना ही नहीं है।

५) पुराने प्रश्न पत्र तथा और प्रैक्टिस के लिए ऑनलाइन भी प्रश्न पत्र - क्वेश्चन पेपर मिलते है।  कमसे कम एक विषय का एक प्रश्न पत्र हर रोज छुडाइये - सॉल्व करिये - ताकि आपकी लिखने की स्पीड बानी रहे। जिस विषय की पढाई पूरी हो गयी है उस विषय से शुरू करिये और बाकि विषयों को जल्द से जल्द पूरा करके बाकि विषय के भी प्रश्न पत्र करिये। इसे मॉक टेस्ट लेना कहते है।

६) ये ध्यान रखिये की मॉक टेस्ट पूरी तरीकेसे ईमानदारीसे देनी चाहिए ताकि आपको प्री-बोर्ड एग्जाम के बाद भी ये पता चलता रहे की आप कोनसे विषय में किस तरह से लिख पा रहे है।

७) आपके पुरे स्टडी प्लान में अबतक पढ़े गए पुरे पाठ के नोट्स पढ़ने के लिए थोड़ा समय हर रोज होना चाहिए। ताकि आपकी रोज थोड़ी थोड़ी रिवीजन होती रहे और वैसे भी आप मुश्किल से आसान की तरफ जा रहे है तो मुश्किल विषय मुश्किल पाठ मुश्किल सवाल ज्यादा से ज्यादा बार पढ़ने में  आएंगे।

८) आपने साल भर पढाई करते हुए जो नोट्स बनायीं है आप उन्हें बार बार पढ़ते रहिये। और इसके साथ एक और नोटबुक में इम्पोर्टेन्ट पॉइंट्स भी नोट करते जाइये जो की किसीभी सवाल का जवाब लिखने के लिए जरुरी है। जैसे मानो फिजिक्स में एक सवाल के जवाब में उस चीज की व्याख्या - डेफिनिशन जरुरी है और अगर जवाब ज्यादा मार्क्स के लिए है तो डायग्राम भी जरुरी है तो आपको ये बात उस लेसन पर जिसभी तरीकेसे सवाल आएंगे उस तरीके से उसे लिखने के पॉइंट्स नोट करने चाहिए।

९) मॉक टेस्ट में कमसे कम पिछले पांच साल के प्रश्नपत्र तो भी आप सॉल्व करिये। इससे पूरा विषय आसानीसे पढ़ना हो जायेगा।

१०) पढाई करते वक्त ये याद रखिये की आपको अभी सिर्फ पढाई करनी है - दूसरी चीजे जैसे - यूट्यूब, मोबाइल इनसे अपने आपको पूरी तरीकेसे अलग करिये। आपका सपना अच्छे मार्क्स लाना है तो उस चीज को आप आपके स्टडी टेबल के सामने लिखकर रखिये ताकि ये आपको बार बार आपकी पढाई की याद दिलाता रहेंगा।

११) एक बात याद रखिये, "सपना वो नहीं जो आप नींद में देखते हो - सपना वो है  जो आपको सोने नहीं देता।" यह ए. पी. जे. अब्दुल कलाम सर की बात एकदम सच है। करके देखिये सफलता कदम चूमेंगी।

१२) अपने पढ़ाई के प्रति सीरियस और पैशनेट रहिये और अपने आत्मविश्वास को बनाये रखिये।

•Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation will soon introduce electric buses to transport visiting pilgrims to Tirumala Hills. 

• The famous temple of Lord Venkateswara is located at the same place. 

•With an aim to maintain the holy hills a ‘zero carbon emission zone’, the TTD that manages the hill shrine took a decision to introduce electric buses in the place of those operated by diesel.

4. China to build a major dam on Brahmaputra 

•China will build a major hydropower project on Brahmaputra river in Tibet and a proposal for this has been clearly put forward in the 14th Five-Year Plan to be implemented from 2021, 

•The project will serve to maintain water resources and domestic security. 

•China has already operationalised the USD 1.5 billion Zam Hydropower Station, the largest in Tibet in 2015.

जब गुलाम हाशम ने जीता अपने मालिक पर मन

बगदाद के खलीफा का हशम नाम का एक गुलाम था। वह अत्यंत सीधा-साधा और निष्ठावान था। बदसूरत होने के कारण अन्य गुलाम हमेशा उसका उपहास करते थे किंतु वह सभी बुरा नहीं मानता था और ना ही खलीफा से उनकी शिकायत करता था। खलीफा के अन्य सभी गुलामों से अधिक कार्य वह करता और जो रूखी सूखी उसे दी जाती वही खाकर संतुष्ट रहता। एक बार खलीफा अपनी बग्गी में बैठकर गई जा रहे थे। उनके गुलामों की फौज भी उनके साथी रास्ता पथरीला और फिसलन भरा था। अतः बग्गी धीरे धीरे चल रही थी पूर्णविराम अचानक एक जगह कीचड़ में घोड़े का संतुलन बिगड़ा और वह फिसल गया पूर्णविराम इस कारण पति भी असंतुलित हुई और खलीफा के हाथों में रखे हीरे मोती की बेटी गिरकर खुल गई खलीफा ने गुलामों से कहा जल्दी से हीरे मोती बिन लो। सभी को इनाम दिया जाएगा। यह सुनते ही सारे गुलाम हीरे मोती बटोरने के लिए दौड़ पड़े केवल हाशाम नाम का गुलाम खड़ा रहा यह देखकर खलीफा ने हाशामक्यों जाओ खलीफा ने खुश होकर उसी वक्त हाषम को मुक्त कर दिया।सार यह है कि अपने मालिक के प्रति एकनिष्ठ संपूर्ण सदैव अच्छा परिणाम देता है। अतः अपने मालिक या स्वामी की प्रति हमेशा निष्ठावान रहना चाहिए।
