Burrata cheese toast

Ingredients

240 grams burrata cheese, 10 grams miso paste, 100 grams green tomatoes, 8-gram green chilies, 10 grams coriander, 20 ml white wine vinegar, 20 grams jaggery, 4 grams ginger, 2 grams salt, 2 grams olive oil, 2 grams black pepper, 50 grams rocket leaves, 10 ciabattas (if not available use milk bread of small size), 1tbsp butter

Method

Add water, salt, whole green chilies, butter, ginger, coriander, and finely chopped green tomato to the pan. Cover with lid and cook over medium flame for 20 to 25 minutes to make green tomatoes chunda.

Crush or grate burrata cheese.

Lightly roast ciabatta (or bread) by applying olive oil to it. Keep the flame minimum. After turning spread burrata cheese on the ciabatta (or bread), season it with salt and pepper. When cheese is melted remove the ciabatta (or bread) from the pan.

Serve with tomato chunda. Or you can garnish the toast with chunda.
