The german man and the idol maker

A german once visited temple under construction where he saw  sculptor making an idol of god. Suddenly  he noticed similar idol lying nearby surprised he asked  sculpture you need 2 statues of the same idol? said the sculpture without looking up we need only one but the first one got damage at the last stage. The gentleman examined the first and found no apparent damage. The german asked where is the damage he asked there is scratch on the nose of the idol the maker of idol still busy with his work where are you going to install the idol the maker of the idol replied that it would be installed on  20 feet up, is the address that far who is going to know that there is a scratch on the nose the gentleman maker of the idol stop his work looked up at the gentleman smiled and said i know the desire to excel is exclusive of the fact whether someone else appreciates it or not excellence is the drive from inside not outside excellence is not worth someone else to notice but for your own satisfaction and efficiency.
