8 potatoes normal size, 80g walnuts, roughly chopped 500ml milk or vegetable drink pinch of salt, pepper to to taste and extra virgin extra virgin olive oil.
Preparation
1. Boil the potatoes until tender.
2. Beat the potatoes with chopped walnuts and milk or vegetable drink.
3. Season with salt and pepper add a dash of olive oil, beat again
4. Serve with roasted vegetables or protien you want.
