Almond 140 grams
Olive oil 5ml
Dry mango powder 5 grams
Kasuri methi powder 2 grams
Dry mint powder 2 grams
Chili flakes 1 gram
Roasted jeera powder 3 grams
Salt 2 gram
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the almonds deep brown. Mix all the dry spieces in bowl. Once almonds are brown, toss the almonds with the spice mix in the boul. Cool and consume.
