Motivate your kids for cooking

As due to various health issues of fast food and hotelling cooking is need of the time. Let your kids to help you in kitchen. Here are some tips for you to motivate your child to cook and to work in kitchen.

10. Allow your kids to give their expert opinion on the taste of the dish.

11. Give cookie cutters to cut dough, jicama, bell peppers, melons, bread, etc.

12. Kids can wash rice, lentils and beans and rinse them gently. 

13. Ask your child to decide the menu to cook.

13. Let kids make list of grocery, vegetables and poultry as they are good in keeping track of the list and take them for shopping with you.
