•The transportation infrastructure business of L&T Construction, the construction arm of L&T, has secured a mega contract from the National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL).
• It will construct 87569 km of the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail (MAHSR) project, popularly referred to as the Bullet Train project.
•L&T classifies contracts upwards of Rs. 7,000 crore in the mega category.
