The lion was equally thirsty. Both of them walked towards the lake to drink water at the same time. The lion glared at the goat and said, "Hey, you! I'm the king of the forest. Can't you see me? I have come to drink water, wait for some time.
"Listening to the lions words, the goat answered with respect, "as you are the king of the forest, you need to understand the feelings of your kingdom's animals.
I came earlier than you; l will drink water before you." But the quarrel continued for few more minutes and became more serious. Both of them saw three hawks sitting and hearing their quarrel.
As the lion and goat were more spontaneous, they have realized that they would be in danger if they continued quarrel."oh! King! As you are the supreme of the forest, you have to drink water first than any any other animal", said the goat. "No, no my good dear goat, you came first to this lake, hence it is good if you drink water before me". Listening to the calm discussion of the lion and the goat, the hawks realized that they will not be given any chance and flew into air.
