The cycle of life

If you believe in rebirth then this story will ad some more drops of beliefs in your life. And if you don't think that there is a thing like rebirth then I just tell you to read this. 

In the busy city of New York, lived a man named Peter along with his wife and a little daughter. The family led a happy, contented life. It was a Monday evening. Peter’s daughter was waiting for her father to return from work and take her for the daily stroll across the neighbourhood. But it was too long and Peter didn’t return. His frightened wife inquire about Peter, later to discover that Peter had died in an accident. 

For Peter, it was a gloomy, mystical land with just a ray of light to guide. When he followed the light, he reached an old man who appeared to him like a saint. Unaware of the sequence of activities that had occurred a fraction of seconds ago, Peter asked the old man where he was. The old man told him that his life as Peter had come to an end. Astonished on hearing this, the first thing Peter asked the old man was whether his wife and daughter were safe. The old man assured him that they were fine but completely shattered by his sudden death, Peter then asked him, “Are you the almighty?” The old man did not answer to this. 

Then in a higher pitch, with a shivering voice, Peter asked him about his births. The old man replied that Peter had had numerous births and that this time, he will take birth as a Chinese girl in the 1920s. Peter’s immediate question was that if it was possible to have rebirths back in time then it is very obvious that at some point or other, one interacts with self. The old man replied, “This is the true essence of life. It always happens that you interact with yourself because it is always you and no one else. You were Hitler to kill people and you were Jesus to help them. You were the beggar down the street and you were the rich king. It was only you and your different forms. You take birth each time to experience the varied situations of life and learn new lessons with you being your own teacher. And to all this, I am a mere observer.” 

After having said this, the old man sent Peter to witness another treasure as he now took birth as a Chinese girl in the 1920s. 

After all, the sun sets to rise once again. Your each and every interaction with your surroundings is actually with yourself. If each one of us understands this, the earth would be a much beautiful place to live in. But in the end, it is completely upto you to follow your own theory.
