1. Neck streching. Sit on your chair or bed. Tilt head to the right side and hold for 30 seconds come back and then left and hold do this 10 times.
2. Knee chest streching. Lie on your back and lift your legs. Bend them in a oay that your knees tuch your chest. Hold your hand behind knees and try to tuch your chin to knees hold for half minute and 3 or 5 times.
3. Toe touching. Stand straight and strech your arms upwards and bend down touch your toe hold for
30 seconds do this 3 or 5 times.
4. Side body streching. Stand with your feet wide a part raise your hand right and strech your hand left side. Raise your left hand hand and strech your hand right side and do this 10 or 15 times.
