Red chilli sauce

Ingredients
50 grams dried whole Red chillies, stems remove our broken.
2 cups water
Three fourth Cup vinegar
30 flakes garlic (lasun) minced
Two piece Ginger minced (adrak) 
250 grams tomatoes, roughly chopped
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp glacial acetic acid
Method
Place pan on fire add read wholesalers and water, boil till water is fully absorbed into chilies and chillies are tender. Remove cool. Add vinegar garlic ginger tomato sugar salt and glacial acetic acid and mix well. The mixture in green to very smooth sauce. Remove mesh and force through a strainer. Store in sterilized bottle or jar and use as required.
