Long ago there was a king who wanted to establish statue of his father in the stadium situated at capital of his kingdom. He outsourced this work to a famous sculptor from friendly kingdom. After sometime when sculptor started his work it was routine of king to observe and supervise the work done by sculptor.
After continues work of some weeks it was time to give finishing touch to the stone idol. On that day king visited as per his routine. He observed that sculptor where's giving fine touch to the hair of the stone idol.
With curiosity king asked, "This idol is to be installed at 25 feet above the ground. Why you are so concious about the hair of the idol, which is anyways not going to be visible to people?"
The sculptor answered, "It is not the people who matter to me. It is myself who knows about the flaws."
Listening his answer king concluded this as the reason of fame which he earned for his work.
Moral of the story
Increase your level of excellence and you will get a unique post for your work. In any field of life you have to be excellent at your any work. Even if you are a home maker you must be excellent at your work so that there will be no replacement for you forever.
